Meet Jessica.
Jessica can help you with the tools you need to navigate disability throughout the lifespan.
Jessica Buskard, M.A.Ed., BCBA, IBA has spent over 15 years supporting children, adolescents, adults, and their families in the autism and broader disability communities. Throughout her career, she has worked across educational and clinical settings, helping families navigate complex systems and advocating for meaningful, individualized supports.
Jessica brings a strong clinical foundation in behavior analysis and trauma-informed practice, with experience reviewing educational records, participating in IEP and 504 planning, and collaborating with multidisciplinary school and service teams. At Polaris, Jessica’s philosophy is simple: meet each person where they are, treat them with dignity and respect, and empower families to confidently advocate for the supports and opportunities their loved ones deserve. She values collaborative partnerships and strives to make complex systems understandable and navigable, without compromising families’ well-being or mental health.
Outside of her professional work, Jessica enjoys horseback riding, sand volleyball, reading, yoga, and cross-stitch. These hobbies reflect her belief in the importance of living a full, meaningful life alongside her advocacy work. Polaris is the natural extension of Jessica’s professional expertise and personal passion, providing families with tailored guidance, practical tools, and dedicated support to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities.
